Threads: British standard taper, BSPT to ISO7-1 and EN10226-2. Materials: Suitable for fire protection, automatic sprinkler systems NFPA 13/24 and fittings for above ground. Fittings tested in accordance to BS EN10241:2000, BS EN1562 and dimensions to BS EN10242. Media: Suitable for the flow of water, steam, gas or other non aggresive media. Suface Finishing: Two types are available: Black: With an anti-corrosive varnish to protect against rust after installation prior to plant conditioning. Galavanised: Hot-dip zinc coated to give additional resistance to corrosion, meeting the requirements of ASTM A153. WRAS Approved Product. K-Line Connect Kitemarked fittings are deemed to satisfy the requirements of the United kingdom Water Regulations (Byelaws).
